1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jga9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jga9 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services available at jga9.app.

By accessing the jga9 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the jga9 platform.

jga9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable law in Bangladesh, the applicable law shall prevail to the extent of that inconsistency, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jga9 is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the criteria below to create and maintain an account on the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming activities.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in Bangladesh.
• You must not have had a previous jga9 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

Age Verification Process

jga9 collects date of birth at registration. However, self-declared date of birth alone is not sufficient for withdrawal eligibility. Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete full identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — either your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport. Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days) may also be requested at jga9's discretion.

Age verification documents are reviewed by our compliance team within one business day. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests will remain on hold. Deposits and gameplay may continue during this period, but jga9 reserves the right to void winnings accrued prior to successful age verification if the player is found to be underage.

3 Account Registration

Creating Your Account

To use jga9's paid services — including deposits, live betting, and casino games — you must register for an account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number registered to your bKash or Nagad account.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held. jga9 may, at its sole discretion, request additional verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information you have provided.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) jga9 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity information, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or any other method — constitutes a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any bonuses or promotional credits obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Winnings generated using bonus funds on duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• The player's primary account may also be reviewed and potentially suspended.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jga9 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jga9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jga9's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jga9 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

jga9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa (debit/credit), and Mastercard (debit/credit). All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion fee for any payment method listed above.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jga9 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) impose their own transaction limits per the terms of their respective services. Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your jga9 wallet instantly in the vast majority of cases. In exceptional circumstances — such as network congestion or payment provider downtime — credits may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited within 1 hour, contact jga9 support with your transaction reference number.

jga9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be returned to the originating account and may result in account review.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account that has previously been used to make a deposit, and that is registered in the account holder's verified name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• bKash / Nagad: Typically 1–3 hours after approval.
• Rocket / Upay: Typically 2–6 hours after approval.
• Bank transfer (DBBL, City Bank, BRAC Bank): 1–2 business days.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days.

All withdrawal requests are subject to review by jga9's payments team. Requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically reviewed the same day. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST or on weekends and public holidays will be reviewed on the following business day.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jga9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, the BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup tournaments.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is governed by specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed in full at the point of bonus offer and must be read before claiming any offer.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Free spins winnings are typically subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable requirement will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• jga9 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time in the event of evidence of abuse, technical error, or fraud.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Bonus Abuse

jga9 takes bonus integrity seriously. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing opposing bets to lock in bonus value risk-free ("bonus hedging"), and using automated software or bots to complete wagering requirements. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus funds and derived winnings forfeited, and their accounts may be suspended.

6 Game Rules & Betting

Casino Games

All casino games available on jga9 — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and crash games from Spribe — are provided by third-party game studios. The rules of each game are set by the game studio and are displayed within the game interface. jga9 does not alter game rules, payout percentages, or RTP figures. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, game freeze, or software error — jga9's policy is to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's wallet. If a technical malfunction occurs after a game round has been completed and a result recorded, that result stands. Where a dispute arises regarding a technical malfunction, the game studio's server logs take precedence over client-side records.

Sports Betting

Sports betting on jga9 covers cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports as made available from time to time. Betting markets, odds, and rules for each sport and event type are displayed on the betting page at the time of bet placement.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once confirmed, odds cannot be changed regardless of subsequent market movement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of submission. There may be a brief delay between submission and acceptance during live events — if odds change during this delay, jga9 will notify you and offer the updated odds before confirming the bet.
• If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum required period of play has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless jga9's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• jga9 reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the bet was placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement (insider information).

Maximum Payout Limits

jga9 applies maximum single-bet payout limits which vary by sport and market type. The applicable limit for each market is displayed on the betting slip. No additional payout will be made in excess of the stated maximum, regardless of the calculated winnings.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jga9 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; submitting false identity documents; engaging in any form of payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Money laundering: Using jga9 to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. jga9 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and cooperates fully with any lawful authority investigation.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players or jga9 employees to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to play casino games or place sports bets. All gameplay must be performed manually by the registered account holder.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in odds, or miscalculated bonus terms. Any winnings derived from known errors are void and will be removed from the account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account as described in Section 3.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to jga9 by a person under 18 years of age.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, offensive, or abusive language toward jga9 support staff or other players in any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by jga9

jga9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jga9 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player's account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to jga9, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited at jga9's discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, jga9 ceasing to accept players from a particular region), the net real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your jga9 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed via your verified payment method. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you. Bonus funds and free spin credits will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to stop gambling for a period of time due to concerns about your gaming behaviour, jga9 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool rather than simply requesting account closure. Self-exclusion prevents re-registration during the exclusion period, providing a stronger safeguard. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet, no withdrawal). jga9 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after this 12-month period, deducted from the account's real-money balance. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. The fee will not reduce the balance below zero. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after a further 12 months of inactivity.
